3. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, including deadlines, specifications, and billing details.
- Approval Process: Clients must review and approve work promptly to avoid delays. Changes outside of the initial project scope may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees: All services are subject to agreed fees as outlined in the project contract or service agreement.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are typically structured as an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or delivery.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. CIIO Digital reserves the right to charge late fees.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: CIIO Digital retains ownership of all intellectual property, including code, design, and digital assets, until final payment is received.
- Licensing: Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use all deliverables as agreed upon in the project contract.
6. Confidentiality
CIIO Digital will maintain the confidentiality of client information unless required by law or with prior consent from the client.
7. Termination
- Client Termination: Clients may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
- CIIO Digital Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
CIIO Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruptions, or third-party claims. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
9. Modifications
CIIO Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
